These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website parsprototo.club and any purchases made through our platform. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ParsProToto is operated by Vesterbros SNC, based in Ruchwiesenstrasse 63, Winterthur, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website. By continuing to access or use the website after such publication, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

2. Purchase Terms

By placing an order through parsprototo.club, you submit an offer to purchase a product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ParsProToto.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not an acceptance of your order, but merely a confirmation that we have received your order request. A binding contract between you and ParsProToto will only be formed when we send you a separate shipping confirmation email, indicating that the products have been dispatched.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.

ParsProToto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or any other reason.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Switzerland. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days following the confirmation of your order. However, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your specific location and other external factors that are beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information, if available.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or cancellations.

ParsProToto shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs procedures, postal services, or any other factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns

In the event that a product does not meet your expectations, is defective, or the delivery does not correspond to your order, please notify us within five (5) days of receipt using the contact form provided. Returns are only accepted upon prior consultation and approval.

Please be advised that returns are only accepted for products that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made items and products purchased on sale are excluded from return and are non-refundable.

Returns are made at the buyer’s expense and risk. The products remain the sole responsibility of the buyer until they are received by us.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition. Provided the product is in its original state, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We kindly request your patience during the processing of returns.

Exchange

Items may be exchanged solely in cases where an incorrect size has been ordered. If you wish to request an exchange, you must submit a request via the contact form within five (5) days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to our confirmation. Once the exchange is approved, you may return the item to us at your own expense. Detailed return instructions will be provided via email following confirmation.

Please note that exchanges are only possible for products that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made products and items purchased on sale are excluded from exchange.

Returns and exchanges are made at the buyer’s sole expense and risk. The products remain under the responsibility of the buyer until they are received by us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on parsprototo.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of ParsProToto or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. ParsProToto is a registered trademark, recorded in the Swissreg register as of 1 April 2025 under registration number 828791.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from ParsProToto.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

While ParsProToto strives to provide accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information on this website, we make no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsProToto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or any purchases made through parsprototo.club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Winterthur, Switzerland.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
