Shipping policy
We’re happy to cover shipping for you in Switzerland.
Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Switzerland. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days following the confirmation of your order. However, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your specific location and other external factors that are beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information, if available.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or cancellations.
ParsProToto shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs procedures, postal services, or any other factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
In the event that a product does not meet your expectations, is defective, or the delivery does not correspond to your order, please notify us within five (5) days of receipt using the contact form provided. Returns are only accepted upon prior consultation and approval.
Please be advised that returns are only accepted for products that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made items and products purchased on sale are excluded from return and are non-refundable.
Returns are made at the buyer’s expense and risk. The products remain the sole responsibility of the buyer until they are received by us.
Refund
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition. Provided the product is in its original state, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We kindly request your patience during the processing of returns.
Exchange
Items may be exchanged solely in cases where an incorrect size has been ordered. If you wish to request an exchange, you must submit a request via the contact form within five (5) days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to our confirmation. Once the exchange is approved, you may return the item to us at your own expense. Detailed return instructions will be provided via email following confirmation.
